PUBLIC NOTICE
PROPOSED INCREASE IN NON-POTABLE WATER RATES FOR NON-DISTRICT ENTITIES

 

Notice is hereby given that District 1 and District 2 will jointly consider a proposed increase in non-potable water rates applicable to non-district entities at their scheduled meeting on May 5th.

 

The proposed rate adjustment is intended to address rising operational and maintenance costs, ensure continued system reliability, and promote sustainable water management practices. The adjustment would apply exclusively to non-potable water service provided to entities located outside the boundaries of District 1 and District 2.

 

Details of the proposed rate increase, including the current and proposed rate structures, will be presented at the meeting. Interested parties are encouraged to attend and provide comments or submit written feedback prior to or at the time of the meeting.
